Alliance announced that their mid laner Pajkatt will be departing from the squad, its still unclear who will be replacing him.
According to a post on the Alliance.gg (official [A] website), Alliance's midlaner Per “Pajkatt” Olsson Lille has parted ways with the squad. This is one of the few roster moves of the post TI5 shuffle that have been announced with a proper media post. The Swedish team's manager Kelly Ong Xiao Wei complimented him; "Pajkatt is a very professional individual. He has represented the brand well during his time with us and has a lot of dedication and passion for Dota 2. He has a lot of ideas when it comes to the game and contributes a lot on innovative strategies."
Alliance's Captain Jonathan 'Loda' Berg had similar feelings and also praised Pajkatt. Loda also gave a couple of reasons for the roster change, "Sadly the new patch and everything surrounding it struck us hard as a team and we could not find the same synergy that we had before. We have all felt that there was something lacking for quite some time now and even though we are all great players individually, we haven’t been able to mesh well enough together as players."
Pajkatt also had nice words to say, “I’m parting ways with Alliance, we had some good times and I’m glad I was a part of that. In the end, although we didn’t work out as a team, I still consider them good friends and I wish them best of luck in their future endeavors!”. It seems as if the departure was on good terms which is a great thing for both Alliance and Pajkatt.
As for the future, there are rumours flying around that either s4 or EGM will be replacing Pajkatt but Akkein his recent blog on TV6.se that the roster deadline is 1 September and the team is trying out several players this week.
